AUSTRALIA
We hope your Samudra piece becomes part of your days by the water. If it is not right for you, you may request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned with its original tags and packaging. You will also need proof of purchase. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are not refundable.
To start a return, email goodvibes@samudra.energy with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for return instructions before sending the item. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or refused.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will tell you whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit. M/L is currently sold out.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not match its description. Include your order number and clear photographs where possible.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, compensation or another remedy depending on the circumstances. Samudra will cover reasonable return costs where the goods fail to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
Items that cannot be returned for change of mind
• Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
• Items without their original tags or packaging
• Gift cards
• Final-sale items clearly marked as final sale, except where mandatory consumer rights apply

If an item is incorrect, damaged, defective, has a hidden defect, or materially differs from what was ordered, contact us promptly. Samudra will provide the remedy required by applicable Indonesian consumer and electronic-commerce law. This policy does not reduce any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

INDONESIA — BAHASA INDONESIA
Anda dapat mengajukan pengembalian karena berubah pikiran dalam waktu 30 hari kalender sejak pesanan diterima.
Agar memenuhi syarat, barang harus belum pernah dipakai, digunakan, dicuci, atau diubah, serta harus dikembalikan dengan label dan kemasan asli. Bukti pembelian wajib disertakan. Biaya kirim pengembalian karena berubah pikiran ditanggung oleh pelanggan dan biaya pengiriman awal tidak dapat dikembalikan.
Untuk memulai pengembalian, kirim email ke goodvibes@samudra.energy dengan nomor pesanan dan alasan pengembalian. Mohon tunggu petunjuk pengembalian sebelum mengirim barang.
Jika barang yang diterima salah, rusak, cacat, memiliki cacat tersembunyi, atau tidak sesuai secara material dengan pesanan, segera hubungi kami. Samudra akan memberikan penyelesaian sesuai peraturan perlindungan konsumen dan perdagangan melalui sistem elektronik yang berlaku di Indonesia. Kebijakan ini tidak mengurangi hak konsumen yang tidak dapat dikesampingkan berdasarkan hukum.
Pengembalian dana yang disetujui akan diproses ke metode pembayaran awal. Penukaran bergantung pada ketersediaan stok. Ukuran M/L saat ini habis.
